  I love this location of PT's! Pete has got to be the best bartender I've ever met. He always anticipates my needs and asks me if I need anything! I love Pete and PT's at Buffalo and Blue Diamond !

  Wow the food was Horrific.
  Two extremely bland burgers with soggy sweet potato fries. But the appetizer chicken wings was the most pathetic thing I've ever experienced. $12 for 8 tiny very horrible tasting wings. I would almost bet they ran next door to Albertsons deli hot case and grabbed the wings from the hot lamp. Environment was nice and very clean. Just don't order food there, better off grabbing McDonald's on your way home.

  This is regarding the Bar tender that work today 8/16/19 @ 5pm.  Very disappointing!!!!
  
  I walk in to pick up a to go order and stand at the bar waiting to be acknowledged and serviced and the bar tender walked past me about 7 times even stopping in front of me for minutes and never once acknowledged me made eye contact or said hello or I'll be right with you or how can i help you he had no idea what i even wanted.  Finally after waiting entirely too long for even a hello I flag down another courteous waiter to assist and he did so graciously and kindly. All I wanted was to pick up my to go order... that's it.
  
  Then the bar tender had the nerve after the waiter walked away and i was still standing at the bar "you get taken care of?" And as much as i wanted to verbally abuse him for ignoring me..i said "mmhmm" i was pissed. Ive never been to a bar where they don't acknowledge new patrons that are waiting and continuously walk by them and intentionally ignores them.....ever.

  Two stars for the pure fact that their pours of the stout are absolutely horrible.  Glass ends up with only 70% beer.

  So this PTs opened about 3 weeks ago and I thought why not try a new one since it's only a few blocks away from home.
  Walked in, greeted with in a minute by Amy who ended up being my sever.  I ordered my normal burger with bacon and fries.
  As always my food came out as ordered.
  As my last review of PTs gold was not as fablous ,this new opening has changed my Outlook.
  I was checked on many times even though the place was packed due to  playoffs for hockey.
  She treated me like i have been visiting for years.  
  Great customer service all the way around
